Return & Refund Policy

At Bloomaq, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality products. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Shipping

• Shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout.
• Orders usually dispatch within 1–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 6–7 working days, depending on location.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.
• Delivery delays may occur due to logistics, holidays, or major sale events (dispatches may take up to 7 working days during sales).

Cancellations

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel before dispatch.

Returns & Replacements

• Due to the personal, consumable, and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrances, returns and refunds are not allowed for change of mind.
• Replacements are only available in these cases:
  • Product received is damaged or broken in transit.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Missing items from the package.
  • Expired product delivered.

How to Request a Replacement

• Email us at care@bloomaq.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
  • Images of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Invoice copy.
  • Pictures of inner and outer packaging.
  • Batch number (if applicable).
• Requests submitted after 24 hours are not eligible for replacement.
• We may contact you to verify the damage/issue before approving a replacement.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
• Used products are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after investigation.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Please do not ship products back without contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Kindly retain original packaging until your issue is resolved.
